msbuild for store submission?

Any tips on using msbuild to build a .sln for store submission? The VS IDE needs the publisher MSFT account login to do it, but surely we can build an appxupload for submission with msbuild. If it's possible, Jenkins does it for us. If it's not possible, I have to VPN then Remote Desktop then launch VS then login then rebuild. It basically takes a day to create a Store build for ARM, x86, and x64.

Just to keep anyone who finds this thread in the loop, it appears that once you login as your Windows Store account and build for submission within VS then all automated builds from msbuild command line are also properly setup & signed for submission to the Windows Store. Slightly more details at the MSDN forum link.
